Soapstone Elephant - Fine 3 Cut - Multiple Sizes (SA1010)

Carving a block of soapstone into this creation is a very difficult and painstaking process as this elephant features a baby elephant inside a mother elephant, and then another elephant within the baby elephant! The artists carve animals within animals by hand-drilling in between the holes on the exterior of the figurine, a process that takes a lot of time and patience. These elephants are a beautiful decorative piece and a perfect gift item.
